If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. Coming into Reno from Winnemucca, for an oncologist appointment, I noticed my battery light on. I had a brand new battery, so the only other option was a shot alternator, Great! Pulled over near Fernley and put the Googler on auto repair. 1st one up were these guys. Just watched a video on YouTube with your shop. 99.99% of the shops out there would have charged the 1k the customer set as his max. Recently saw a video where the people in this wonderful shop did a load of repair work on a woman's car. They knew she was having hard times so they only charged her for some greatly discounted parts. Im sure it took at least a full shift of a mechanic cranking away with tools and grease to repair that car but they didnt charge her for that part. I can confidently say the people here are real heroes.
